| Comments | This is a typical early transistor set,
and a fairly early PCB based design.
The tuning is direct, with no slow motion. The "slide rule" style display is only to give a frequency / station name tie-up, the actual tuning display being visible through two small windows, and printed on the large tuning knob, which protrudes from the top of the case. The same chassis is also used in the PR25 and the PR36 "Fanfare" |
